Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What beauty treatments do you offer?
We offer a wide range of professional beauty and aesthetics treatments, including nails, brows, lashes, facials, advanced skin treatments, hair removal, and body treatments. All services are delivered by experienced practitioners in a calm, professional clinic environment.
Where are you based?
Training & Beauty by Hampson is based in Tonbridge, Kent, with all treatments and training delivered from the same established premises.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
For many treatments, a consultation is recommended or required. This allows us to assess suitability, discuss your goals, and tailor the treatment to your individual needs. You’ll be advised at the time of booking if a consultation is needed.
Are your treatments suitable for everyone?
Most treatments are suitable for a wide range of clients, however some services may not be appropriate due to medical conditions, pregnancy, or certain skin concerns. A full consultation and patch test (where required) will always be carried out to ensure safety.
Who carries out the treatments?
All treatments are performed by trained, qualified professionals who work to high industry standards. As we are also a training academy, some treatments may be carried out by students under close supervision by experienced tutors — this will always be made clear in advance.
Do you offer accredited beauty training courses?
Yes. Alongside our clinic services, we deliver accredited beauty and aesthetics training for beginners, career changers, and qualified therapists looking to upskill.
For full course details, dates, and enquiries, please visit https://hampsontraining.co.uk.
Can I book treatments if I’m also a student?
Yes. Many of our students also book treatments with us. Being trained in a real clinic environment means students gain valuable experience, while clients benefit from professional standards and supervision.
Are students involved in treatments?
Some treatments may be offered at model rates and carried out by students as part of their training, always under direct tutor supervision. If you prefer a treatment to be carried out solely by a qualified practitioner, this can be requested at the time of booking.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online via Vagaro (Click here to book) or by contacting the clinic directly. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, our team will be happy to advise.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be used towards beauty treatments. They make an ideal gift and can be purchased by contacting us directly.
What if I’m interested in training rather than treatments?
If you’re looking to train with us, including accredited beauty or aesthetics courses, full details can be found at https://hampsontraining.co.uk, where you can explore course options and submit an enquiry.
